Is it free to list an event?

We welcome any and all book events. In order to give our book community access to our directory, we will never charge a fee to add an event to our comprehensive calendar. We do offer the option for events to be featured for fee of $20. To submit your event go “Submit An Event.”

I can’t find an event happening near me, but I know there is one. What should I do?

If you are unable to find a book event, you are welcome to do one of the following 3 options:

Add the event yourself for free by pulling the information from the host’s website or social media (such as a Facebook event) and add it via the “Submit An Event” page.
Notify us at [email protected] with the title, location and estimate date of the event and we will happily submit the information.
Contact the event producer, bookstore or company and notify them of our site – the top book event directory in the U.S. that offers free event promotion for book events with the opportunity to maximize company or event visibility by FEATURING your event.

How do I make a change to my event listing?

If you have created an account when you submitted your event, simply log in and click on “My Events” in the navigation.

In the event that you did not create an account or login when you submitted your event, we will be happy to edit your event for you. Send us an email with event name, date and location to us at [email protected] and include any necessary changes to be made. We will then make any edits to your event.

How do I find a book fair, book festival, author or celebrity signing near me?

At booksigningevent.com, we’ve made the search process simple. To find a book event near you choose “Event Search” from the navigation menu at the top of each page.

How do I cancel my event?

If you have created an account when you submitted your event, simply log in and click on “My Events” in the navigation. From there you can easily cancel your event.

In the event that you did not create an account or login when you submitted your event, we can cancel your event for you. Send us an email with event name, date and location to us at [email protected] and let us know you would like to have your event removed. We will then remove the event from our calendar.
